Brazil Establishes Maximum Residue Limits for Bifenthrin and Other Pesticides in Selected Foods

On 21 March 2024, the Brazilian National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) published, through the Official Gazette, Directive IN No 288, which establishes maximum residue limits (MRLs) for pesticides, such as bifenthrin, in certain food products, as shown in the table below. The directive is effective from the date of publication.
